Award-Winning Journalist Presents Evidence U.S. Shot Down Extraterrestrial Craft in 1947

In the mid-1990s, filmmaker and researcher Linda Moulton Howe was approached by former New Mexico State Representative Andrew Kissner. He shared with her his official and off-the-record research concerning the 1947 Roswell incident and other alleged UFO crash retrievals in New Mexico.

Part 2:

Rep. Kissner had assembled many old newspaper articles and leaked government information from unofficial military and intelligence testimonies. He asserted there was an American government policy to shoot down unidentified discs in the late 1940s to early 1950s until retaliation by the discs, which included the deaths of many pilots, forced a cancellation of our aggression.

According to Howe, Rep. Kissner contends that the Truman Administration ordered a policy of denial in the interest of national security about all UFO crash retrievals, a policy that remains in force to this day. Howe will present information about the possible nature of the disc retaliation and other disturbing phenomena linked to the non-human intelligence controlling the discs.

Linda Moulton Howe is an Emmy Award-winning TV producer, investigative reporter and author. She graduated from Stanford University with a Masters Degree in Communication, and has devoted her documentary film, television and radio career to productions concerning science, medicine and the environment. In addition to her numerous professional and academic awards, Howe's website, Earthfiles.com, also received an Encyclopedia Britannica award for internet excellence in June 2000 and the WebAward for Standard of Excellence in 2003.

Hi Everyone,
There is other proof of the Roswell UFO crash that came from the government. I sent the following information to CNN in answer to their segment on their morning news show "In Search of Aliens - Roswell."

Subj: Roswell UFO -- Documented Proof From US Army Memo.
Date: 11/25/2008 3:05:53 PM Eastern Standard Time

Headline News:
Actual documentation already exists in the public domain proving that a UFO did crash at Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. I cover this in my book about the alien agenda, showing the photographic proof that the government did recover the craft and bodies, and then shipped them to Wright-Patterson AFB.

This is the excerpt from my book:

Additional evidence has come to light showing the Roswell crash occurred, just as Col. Corso stated. In 1947 at Roswell Army Air Field, General Ramey posed for a newspaper picture with a weather balloon that he claimed was what had been mistakenly identified as a flying saucer. He held a memo in his hand in that photograph. The memo contained information that contradicted the weather balloon story. That part of the photo was enlarged recently and analyzed.

The following is an article from “Filer’s Files” on the Internet. It is reprinted here with Mr. Filer’s permission.

NEW EVIDENCE FROM ROSWELL MESSAGE
Several groups of researchers are working to read the Roswell message. Researcher Tom Carey provides the following data, “The Roswell research team of Tom Carey and Don Schmitt continues to break new ground in their attempt to “decipher” the so-called “Ramey Memo.” In one of the July 8, 1947, photographs taken by Fort Worth Star Telegram reporter/photographer, J. Bond Johnson, Gen. Roger M. Ramey can be seen holding a piece of paper with writing on it as he kneels by some obvious weather balloon debris on the floor of his office. Several teams of researchers, including Carey and Schmitt, have attempted, by means of computer software programs, to “read” what is contained in what has become known as the “Ramey Memo.”

In July, with the support of the International UFO Museum and Research Center in ROSWELL, Carey and Schmitt made arrangements to have the original negative scanned by sophisticated techniques at the University of Texas [Arlington] Archives where it is kept. This was a one-time-only operation as permitted by the University of Texas. The result is, in essence, a new negative of the original picture and not merely a photo of it. This includes a number of non-UFO-related entities as well as several well-respected Roswell-focused investigators who have attempted to “read” the memo before. One of these, respected Roswell researcher David Rudiak has forwarded his results to me, and they are gratifying to say the least. David advises me that the new scan helped to “clear up” some of the problem areas that he had previously been having trouble with.

Neil Morris from the University of Manchester in England with the Roswell Photo Research Team plus Don Burleson have also provided their interpretations of the message. Neil states, “In this comparison I have used my standard convention in my ‘take’ of the message. 1) Capitals denote firm interpretation. 2) Lower space are educated guesses (they fit for spelling and syntax but may be incorrect) 3) “*” denote unknown letter, 4) My line format, is to the best I can conclude, correct to the grid layout of the typed text in the Ramey Message. Thank you for this !
I have seen one flying disc in 1973 I think, in Finland !
In day light flowting over the trees, making no sound, I was amazed !
I was only a child but I will not forget it !

Thanks for this comment and link, Nicholas.... Another link I recommend is http://www.disclosureproject.org. According to Steven Greer, head of the project, about 500 ex-military, secret-agency, and aerospace-industry insiders have joined together to promote disclosure. They say the atmosphere in the establishment is more open to change that it once was. None of those who have come forward recently have been physically abused or threatened, though reports of past abuses abound.... That said, a petition is a very good idea, I think!

Even if this is true, the military will NOT disclose the info, nuclear and oil reps will kill people to keep it secret. A ballot initiative that would call for military accounting and transparency in UFO phenomenon would be effective. If people will vote for in majority, they are already admitting they are not afraid of the truth. I UFO petition would be effective. Funding for the project can be directed to www.petitionright.com
