About me
Within the last 3 years I have began to really open up to the mind, body, spirit connection. Through research and life experience I have come to realize there is so much more to this world than we can see, smell, touch, or hear. I've also come to better understand the power of thought and focused intention. As a matter of fact this is the approach that I take toward Health and Fitness.
Health and Fitness is a big part of my life. It's what I do. My goal is to share my passion for health and fitness with the world. Most people can come up with 100 reasons of why they don't exercise and watch what they eat. Relax... I know it isn't easy, I've been doing the fitness thing for years.
Up to this point there have been several simple solutions to an
extremely complex problem. If all you had to do to reach fitness goals was
buy this workout video, or follow that diet we would all have six pack abs
and show stopping physiques. We all know that this isn'tthe case. Until you make health and fitness a priority,
it's not going to happen for you. We're talking about much more than a just
verbal commitment. It takes a lifestyle change. I'm sure you've heard the
term "lifestyle change" before. Believe it or not, this is not the solution,
but it is an extremely important part of the solution. Until you experience
a "paradigm shift" you will more than likely fall back into the same old
patterns and habits that have prevented you from accomplishing fitness
goals. Webster's New Millennium Dictionary defines paradigm shift as:
acceptance by a majority of a changed belief, attitude, or way of doing
New Paradigms Health and Fitness Consulting is leading the paradigm
shift! In our presentations we will have an interactive discussions of those
"little things" that can be road blocks to success. If you take a step back
and think about it, those little things really aren't that little. Be
prepared to hear, "I never really thought about that", over and over
again. Here are just a few of the topics we will discuss in detail:

- The truth about extreme diets and fitness photos you see in magazines
- How to "munchie proof" your home
- Sneaking fitness into your everyday life
- What to do when the haters begin to criticize you for attempting to
make a change
- Getting back on the wagon (you've broken your diet, and missed over a
week at the gym)
- I'm fine at home, but at work they keep providing sweets and I'm
surrounded by fast food at lunch time
- Making the gym less intimidating
- Setting realistic goals
- Yes, it is possible to eat healthy food that actually taste good/
avoiding diet monotony
- What the junk food really does to you

We cover these subjects and so much more in a laid back, judgment freeenvironment. Experience the Paradigm Shift! We offer in house lectures, on-site consultation, one on one personal training, diet plans, corporate wellness programs, we also work in tandem with existing wellness programs, and much more. I look forward to meeting new people, and exchanging ideas.
