Thanks Michelle! I've been very intruiged by channeling as it popped out at me in a psychic reading I once had, also I'm a musician so channeling would be my muse. Anyway I'll have to check it out later.
Rev. Kunga! haha thank you for your mantra. I worked at it right away and found super beneficial results. I find myself in meditating, before reading your post, that I slip into the mindset of that feeling but I was very confused about what that feeling is with the lack of knowledge I have me being decently new to my spiritual path. Thank you for evolving me. It is deeply appreciated and I shall practice your technique whenever felt suitible.

Wonderful! Now, the real test is to practice the technique often, and to remember to use it when the heat is on. The idea is to reiterate to our mind that we have the choice to feel content no matter what is arising. There is a saying in Tibetan Buddhism, part of what they call lojong slogan practice "don't be swayed by external circumstances." The technique is one of the best ways I have discovered to do so, or not do, shall I say.

I think my problem is when I meditate, I get so relaxed that I fall asleep. LOL... The silence is so wonderful! Do you know anything about toning? I've been searching youtube.com. I didn't find one I could pick up the words or sounds to. The videos kind of sounded like a person imitating the bagpipes with the voice. Serapis Bey has an Ascension Toolkit that was shared with me in a book. It indicated that toning is a technique & language for the multi-dimensional transmission of Light, color, motion, & geometries; and it breaks up dysfunctional patterns, transmutes lifetimes of karma, infuses new patterns, & feels GOOD! I have been following all the other areas of ascension but I cannot find any videos on toning. I've got a healer's manual book that give words to toning BUT if you don't know how to pronounce them or give them correctly it does no bit of good. Thanks for your help, Kunga. Lots of Loving Hugs. I am sending you my greetings, dear brothers and sisters on this earth plane! It is a pleasure to speak to you again on this day, and to address some current issues that we observe from our point of view from the spiritual realms. We see growing concern for mother Earth - while it is finally happening, that more of you show this concern, we see the need at this point to advise you in this regard. Many fear severe weather changes due to the reckless and ignorant way you have dealt with mother Earth. Others fear even natural disasters of unimaginable proportions such as massive flooding. The reason we address this is to remind you of the power of thought. Thought is a creative force - and the more of you think the same way, the more you work together to bring your thoughts into creation. In this case - mass fear can only bring forth the disasters you fear. Now, even more so than ever, it is important that everyone who reads this makes an effort to bring a positive element into this world, brings light into this world, brings love into this world. Not only by doing light work to help mankind better understand where it is standing - at the point of realizing that man is responsible for his actions and will suffer the consequences if insufficient efforts are made to correct the errors - yet at the point of making yet another mistake, at the brink of the understanding that earth is something to be cherished, that could lead to severe consequences - this new mistake is to go from the understanding of environmental responsibility to fear about the consequences of decades of neglect. Now is not the time to go into this fear. Indeed, you should not waste your energy for this fear - which can only lead to the creation of what you fear - but rather utilize this energy for a common effort to correct the mistakes that were made. Now is the time to let go of fear, understand the consequences of negligence without giving into fear, and going full strength into making the necessary corrections - and with much more effort, motivation, and decisiveness than ever before. What we currently see happening are mere excuses, and no real commitment to make a significant change, although that is exactly what is needed now, instead of fear or anger. You, my dear brothers and sisters, can make the difference. There are many ways you can make a difference. By being a good example to others, by doing lightwork, by becoming socially and politically active, speaking to family members, friends, work colleagues, joining forces with similar minded brothers and sisters. Now is the time time for action - and do not rely on politicians to to make those actions for you, most are governed by other forces that most of you cannot even imagine, but that is not important at this point, except to realize that YOU are the one who can make a difference, YOU can be a source of love, a beacon of light, a constructive creator. Although you may feel insignificant, realize you are not the only one on this planet to read this, or to feel in a similar way, if you do so. There are many others - including those who do not have the opportunity to read my words - but there are many spirit teachers who work like me with thousands of human souls, for a common effort to bring more light into the development of mankind. But mankind needs you to do your part - even if you see nobody around you who seems to think this way. We can and need to work all together to support mankind's development, and you can be a significant part of this effort, if you choose to do so. Now is a fantastic time to be incarnated on earth, it is a wonderful opportunity, but it is up to you to make the best of it. Blessings to you all. Amen.

He is the only angel I know that can match my weird zaney sense of humor. However, Michael is always straight forward though very loving with anything he has to say. Greetings to you, my dear friends on earth! It is with joy that we return to speak with you. However, this is to remind you of what really matters in life. We see that many are still very connected with matter, and see the illusion of the physical world as the unltimate and only truth. Although the physical world does hold some truth, of course, it is yet an illusion and as such very incomplete as truth.

It has become evident that we need to ask every single one who reads this, to please reconsider their thoughts and actions. It is vital for mankind, that you all begin to change your thinking, and become aware that your thoughts create your world. Observe carefully what you think of every day, every hour, every minute... you may be surprised to see that although you may understand the principles of creative thinking, you are still contributing to all that you see as reality. The way you see the world - is how you created it, with your thoughts. You may find it impossible that you, as an individual, can change the world. There is nothing I can say to convince you of that - you can only experience this, by changing your way of thinking and thus changing reality. This is no "New Age" hokuspokus, but cosmic law. And the way this earth looks, is a collective creative act of mankind. Only you can change the world - as you are part of this collective. We cannot do this for you. Each and every one of you can take charge and modify the collective creation. Initiate new thoughts, which can then run like a ripple through the collective and cause true change - not just in the way of thinking, also changing the physical world.

And this is an urgent call to change your consciousness, to change your thinking, although in a cosmic sense there is no time, there are obligations of mankind that must be fulfilled. We are therefore asking for your cooperation, and be assured that we will be there for you always, to assist you in all ways that we may. The only thing we cannot do, is do your tasks for you. But we will support you, so fear not, you are not alone in your efforts, we are with you.

I do not wish to speak of predictions at this time, although there seems to be a desire for receiving such, because we want you to focus on the task at hand, nothing is more important. Spread the light, spread positive creative thoughts, be a sun of light to all around you, and all of mankind. That is all that matters. Amen.

thank you for reminding me again how vital healthy thought paterns are to our survival. I must stop myself many thousands of times a day to check myself. the path to peace has been such an interesting journey for me. never a dull moment. this road i find so interesting and awinspiring i keep coming back for more. even after adversity has spun my head around and got my attention and way it could. i am so blessed to be open to these opportunities on my spiritual journey. although i cannot help but wandering where i would be if i inherently knew this information as second nature. not second guess.

Hey Michelle if your having trouble meditating via falling asleep one thing I practice to keep my mind busy is a chakra meditation. Image each energy point in your body. Then in your minds eye picture a filter or screen in front of your body. Imagine that screen passing through your body and catching any negative energy, dirt, and grime that is not helping out your chakra points. Really feel what it's like to be on the other side. Then imagine another filter even finer than the previous one catching the dirt and feeling what the sensation on the other side. Do this a couple more times untill the filter has no dirt. Slowly come back to reality and notice the feeling. Another one is imagining your chakra points spinning faster and faster throwing off dirt and debris. It really brings a detatched yet fully connected viewpoint of reality when comming back out of the meditation for me. Hi, Jordan! I like your idea of chakra cleaning by using an imaginary filter to catch negative stuff. Anytime a person does any kind of chakra cleaning, it is very important that Archangel Michael & his blue lightning angels, Circle Security, & the Destroyer Angels be called upon for protection while cleaning the chakras. You never want anything negative to fly in there while the chakras are open.
